Rates are per day for the rental of the entire property for private use.

Night rates includes

Midweek towel set change. For stays over 7 nights: midweek towel set change with quick bathroom tidying and one weekly bed linen change.
Night rate does not include:

Final cleaning fee and utilities, quantified at 70 Euros per person per stay (or per week for stays over 7 nights).

Payment terms:

Standard tariffs with refundable rates: 50% deposit to confirm the booking. 50% of the reservation balance within 10 days of arrival.

Non refundable tariffs: Full payment at reservation.

Cancellation policy (refundable rates only)

Cancellations communicated within 60 days of the expected arrival: deposit refunded at 100%.

Cancellations communicated within 10 days of the expected arrival or in case of no-show: full rent will be charged.

Late arrival or Early departure: full rent will be charged.
Security deposit

500 Euros to be paid upon balance payment, in any case, before the start of your stay. If there will be no damages to the property, deposit will be refunded to your credit card within 7 days from your departure.

Due to the typicality of the local architecture, this Dammuso is unsuitable for people needing wheelchairs or crutches.

La Palma & La Luna Dammuso Retreat is a holiday home; the tenants are autonomous in managing it. It is possible to request additional paid services (extra cleaning, laundry service, personal chef) subject to availability from our local partners.

This is a non-smoking Dammuso, rooms are fitted with smoke detectors.

The seasonal pool is reserved for registered guests only and is unattended. The property declines all responsibility in the event of accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of the swimming pool and surrounding spaces. The pool is not heated and is open to our guests from June 1st to September 30th.
