Rates are per day for the rental of the entire property for private use.

Midweek towel set change. For stays over 7 nights: midweek towel set change with quick bathroom tidying and one weekly bed linen change.

Final cleaning fee and utilities, quantified at 70 Euros per person per stay (or per week for stays over 7 nights).

Payment terms:

All bookings are subject to an installment payment plan: a 50% deposit upon booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.

We accept payments exclusively via VISA, MasterCard, MAESTRO credit cards, or Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Cancellation policy (refundable rates only)

Cancellations communicated more than 45 days prior to arrival: Free cancellation - 100% deposit refunded.

Cancellations communicated more than 15 days prior to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations communicated within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show: The full rental fee will be charged.

Late arrival or early departure: The full rental fee will be charged.
Security deposit

A valid credit card is required as a guarantee to cover any damages to the property. Any pre-authorized amounts will be released at the end of the stay according to the timelines provided by the payment network used by the customer, provided there are no damages.

Due to the typicality of the local architecture, this Dammuso is unsuitable for people needing wheelchairs or crutches.

La Palma & La Luna Dammuso Retreat is a holiday home; the tenants are autonomous in managing it. It is possible to request additional paid services (extra cleaning, laundry service, personal chef) subject to availability from our local partners.

This is a non-smoking Dammuso, rooms are fitted with smoke detectors.

The seasonal pool is reserved for registered guests only and is unattended. The property declines all responsibility in the event of accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of the swimming pool and surrounding spaces. The pool is not heated and is open to our guests from June 1st to September 30th.
